Loving the warm weather...

This photo shows how excited he was in finding such a big treasure, more balls to throw! Caleb loves to throw things, he found what he calls balls, (really rocks, or anything round)

I tried to explain to him they were rocks, I think he finally got it, because every time he saw the rocks, he would shout out, "rock rock" like such a big boy.

Nathaniel having fun riding his scooter.. Kids grow up way to fast, I can't believe that Nathaniel is almost nine years old, and Caleb is almost two, where does the time go.

Tonight the kids and
I decided to go for a walk, Nathaniel rode his scooter, and Caleb walked all the way around the block, he has so much energy, I thought that he would want me to pick him up about half way around, but not Caleb he wanted do it himself. He just ran and tried to keep up with big brother! Everyday Caleb wants to go outside and play, he loves the outdoors. Nathaniel was so happy to get out of the house also, he loves to ride his scooter, and I think that they are both ready for spring to be here, I know that I am!!! Hopefully this weather won't keep teasing us, warmer one day, and then snow the next. Spring fever has hit us all..

Our Family is back together...

When I posted last Caleb was with Grandma Shepherd, we were missing him very much. Grandma brought him home early on Friday morning, I was so excited to see him, he grabbed me and I grabbed him, and didn't want to let go it was so sweet, he smiled so big. After our reunion Grandma told me she was going to the hospital to see Grandpa Shepherd (My dads father) he passed out on Thursday, he went to the hospital to get checked out, they found that he was bleeding internally, they transferred him to Ogden Regional hospital, he wasn't doing well, they finally stabilized him, but he has been in the ICU for the past few days. Today was a big day they stopped some of the medicines, he is more alert, and he is breathing on his own. We were able to go to the hospital to see him last night, the medicines were keeping him very drowsy, but he knew we were there, it was really hard to see him hooked up to so many machines, it brought tears to my eyes! I just wanted to express to everyone, how much I love my Grandpa Shepherd, what an amazing man, he has always been such and example to me, he never forgets to send a card to let us know how much he loves us, I always look forward to his cards. He is an amazing gardener, every summer he plants the most spectacular garden you have ever seen! He never forgets to send some of the produce for us. Thinking back, when I was a child, I always looked forward to going to Grandma and Grandpa's,to spend a few weeks at their home during the summer, they kept us busy doing something almost every minute... How lucky we were that they enjoyed having us spend time with them! I Love You So Much Grandpa!!

Missing Caleb...

Nathaniel is having a very hard time without his little brother, he keeps saying "lets go and get him, he misses us we need to bring him home!" He loves his little brother, Caleb brought alot of happiness into his big brothers life, Nathaniel loves having a little brother, he really looks out for Caleb, what a good big brother, Caleb loves his big brother!

Yesterday was a very busy day with the Blue and Gold, so Grandma so graciously kept Caleb with her, we were supposed to go and pick him up last night after the Blue and Gold, but we had a little change of plans, grandma kept him over night last night, she was going to bring him home today, but when I called to see when she would be here, she decided that she would like to keep him another night, they have been having so much fun. Caleb is such a treasure, he has such a great personality, he lights up my day, I am really missing him!! The day hasn't been quiet the same with him gone, I have missed seeing his smiling little face, and his hugs! I am so glad to have my little miracle boys, they are such blessings in my life, Nathaniel is such a good boy and he helps me so much, he keeps me laughing all the time, my life would be so dull without my two little boys, and my sweet James, the love of my life, he is so good to me, I love so much, My three boys, what would I do with out them.

Blue and Gold...

Last night we were able to go to the Blue and Gold Banquet for the Cub Scouts, we had a lot of fun. I am one of the cub leaders, therefore we prepared the food and the decoration, it was a lot of work, the theme of the blue and gold was "The Chinese New Year." For dinner we had Ham Fried Rice, Egg Rolls, Egg Drop Soup, Stir Fry and Sweet and Sour Chicken. The boys were asked to make cakes with there dads for a cake decorating contest, it was fun to see what they decided to make. Nathaniel and I had to do the cake together, because dad wasn't able too, but this is what we decided to make, I think that it turned out well.
